It has been confirmed today that three of Newcastle United’s Premier League fixtures have been rescheduled to accommodate live UK TV coverage. Two of these games are away from home with the other being played at St.James Park. Tie’s include Newcastle’s away games against Aston Villa and Liverpool and the home tie being against Manchester United.
The trip to Aston Villa will now be played on the 10th of April with a 4.00pm kick off live at Villa Park. The Liverpool away game being played at Anfield will now take place on the 1st of May 2011 with a 12.00pm kick off. As for the home tie against the red devils it has been brought forward to the 16th of April with a 12.45pm kick off. However this game could be moved if Sir Alex Fergusons’ side reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup. It has not yet been confirmed who will broadcast these games but it will of cause be either SkySports or ESPN.
